          • 18ft HellsBay Waterman and same poling techniques as the saltwater flats.
          • Largemouth and spotted Bass, gar and catfish frequently encountered.
          • "On the Water" saltwater school to prepare for bones, reds, and permit without traveling to the coast.

12 Miles of Private Trout Waters on 5 streams.

Some of the best trout fishing in the Southeast.

Fish for rainbows and browns over ten pounds with very "wild" attitudes.  Excellent streamer and dry fly action.  Lodging is available.

The Blue-ridge mountains of NC and VA offer endless wading opportunities to pursue brook, brown and rainbow trout with the fly rod. Learn any number of techniques to target fish on miles of streams and rivers such as dry fly fishing, throwing streamers or euro-nymphing strategies. Excellent for newcomers to the sport or seasoned anglers honing their skills.
All necessary equipment, flies and leaders provided.

          Trip 1
Wade trip for one or two anglers $350
Groups larger than two can be accommodated with additional guide. This trip is on state stocked streams and delayed harvest waters

          Trip 2
Wade trip for wild trout for one or two anglers $350. Involves hiking in to more remote streams and rock hopping to chase trout on smaller pristine streams. What they lack in size is made up in their fiesty attitude and magnificent beauty.
A classic southern Appalachian favorite requiring  stealth and accurate presentations in tight canopies of rhododendron.

          Trip 3
Wade trip for one or two anglers on private water  $600. Price included additional cost for rod fees and access to private lands offering solitude and opportunities to land much larger than average trout.
